This amazingly delicious recipe for vegan meatball subs is loved by plant-based folk and meat-eaters alike!

Ingredients:
  • chickpea meatballs
  • vegan parmesan
  • sub rolls
  • marinara sauce - this is my recipe
Instructions:
  1. In a 400 degree oven, toast your subs on a baking sheet for 6-8 minutes. (If using frozen chickpea meatballs instead of freshly made, place in a baking dish in the oven at the same temperature for 10 minutes)
